Is wick trimming important?
YES YES YES! Trimming your wick to 1/4” before each time you burn will prevent black smoke and will save the integrity of your vessels. If there is any black residue on the inside of your glass from not trimming your wicks or burning for more than 4 hours at a time, just wipe the vessel with a damp paper towel.
How long should I burn my candles each time?
We recommend the first time to burn for at least 2-3 hours. Burning for at least an hour every time after will ensure even burning. Do not exceed more than 4 hours at a time. Burn at least 1 hour every time you light your candle or until the top layer is all melted wax. This will ensure even burning.

Do we offer returns on damaged products?
Upon arrival of your candle if it is damaged in any way email us a picture 2 days after you have received it and we will be more than happy to send you a new one.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped out 3-5 days after your order is placed. Any out of state orders will be shipped out Mondays and Tuesdays and in state orders will be shipped out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays.

Can I reuse my candle vessels?
Absolutely! We picked our vessels with great care to have something reusable and purposeful. Gently wash out your vessel with warm water and soap. DO NOT pour hot wax down your drains.

How long will my diffuser last?
It should last between 3-5 months. Make sure you turn your reeds over every 3-4 weeks to release more scent. Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after touching the reeds to ensure that the scent has washed off before touching your eyes or face area.

How do I control the scent of my diffuser?
Depending on the size of the room you are putting the diffuser in will decide the amount of wicks you should use. We recommend 4 wicks for a bathroom or small office spaces and up to the 8 wicks provided for larger spaces such as living rooms and large bedrooms. This is all based on preference so don’t be scared to add or remove wicks to get your required scent strength.
